Exchange Policy
At Gold Dust Apparels, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for refunds. However, we’re happy to exchange eligible items under the terms below. Please note that all sales are final unless an exchange is approved.
Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Items: Most apparel qualifies for exchange, except final sale items, undergarments, or custom products (marked "Final Sale" on product pages). Proper video required for exchange products.
Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Process
Request an Exchange: Email support@golddustapparels.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and exchange reason.
Return the Item: Upon approval, ship the item to the address we provide. You cover return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Receive Your Exchange: After inspecting the return, we’ll ship your replacement at no extra charge. If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or an alternative.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Final sale items (as indicated on product pages).
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items without tags or original packaging.
Shipping and Costs
Return Shipping: You pay return shipping unless we sent a defective or wrong item.
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping for the replacement item.
Lost Returns: Use tracked shipping; we’re not liable for lost returns.
Defective or Incorrect Items
For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@golddustapparels.com with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You’ll get a shipping confirmation for your replacement.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cash back, only exchanges or store credit where applicable.
