Terms & Conditions
At Gold Dust Apparels, a binding agreement is formed once an order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). The price indicated on the invoice at the time of order confirmation is final and includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed by the buyer, it is considered final. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@golddustapparels.com with your order details.
Gold Dust Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order if unauthorized payment activity is detected.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
